EscortClub.co.nz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If you disagree with these terms and conditions, stop using EscortClub.co.nz.

    • Payments We charge a fee for creating a profile on the EscortClub platform. Each party posting content to the platform is responsible for said content and compliance with the terms. All fees paid will be non-refundable if content is removed from the service for violating the terms. Credit Card Payments EscortClub processes credit card payments via a third-party payment gateway, Stripe. EscortClub does not see your credit card details, security code, or card number.     • Termination You acknowledge that EscortClub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or terminate your access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. This may include the removal and discarding of any content within the Service for any reason, including if EscortClub determines that you have violated the terms in any way. You agree that EscortClub will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service. You also agree not to attempt to use the Service following such termination.
